I believe my first responsibility is to the brides and grooms, and their family and friends who put their trust in me to preserve their wedding memories.

In order to meet my clients needs, everything I do must be high quality.  I must constantly strive to understand the needs of my clients and offer them products and services that meet those needs.

I must experiment with new ideas. I must constantly challenge myself. I shall constantly learn from others.

Every client and supplier deserves to be treated fairly, with respect and as I would want to be treated.

My suppliers must have an opportunity to make a fair profit.  Fairness in all my dealings shall be my constant goal.

I am responsible to the world in which I live and work.  I must be a good citizen, by supporting good works, charities and by bearing my fair share of taxes.  I must support civic improvements, better health care and education, preservation of our heritage, and the promotion of the arts and sciences.  I must strive to protect our shared environment and the natural resources we rely on.  I must not be wasteful.

My business must make a fair and sound profit.  For through this profit I am able to provide for my family and continue to provide my services to my clients.

I must pay for my mistakes and learn from them.

I must enjoy what I am doing. My clients must enjoy what I am doing.

New equipment must be purchased, current equipment maintained and reserves must be created for leaner times. 

When I operate according to these principles, everyone I do business with shall realize a fair return.
